Why it matters?

Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations require that all supplied breathing air must:

  • Be free from harmful contaminants
  • Be supplied in adequate volume and pressure
  • Be tested regularly, as outlined in AS1715:2009

Regular air quality testing not only meets your legal obligations—it also protects your people in high-risk environments.

What Do We Test For?

Breathing air quality tests typically measure the following:

  • Oxygen content
  • Carbon monoxide (CO)
  • Carbon dioxide (CO₂)
  • Oil mist or vapour
  • Water vapour (dew point)
  • Odour and taste

How Often Should Testing Be Undertaken?

While AS1715:2009 recommends testing every 3 months, we typically recommend a minimum of every 6 months or more frequently if:

  • The system has been altered or serviced
  • Environmental conditions have changed
  • Workers have reported odours, taste, or suspected contamination

What You Will Receive?

  • On-site air quality testing
  • AS1715:2009-compliant results
  • A formal Certificate of Compliance
  • Actionable recommendations if issues are found
